Why work with me
I’ve spent over 30 years in care and education. I ran my own registered childcare setting, so I’ve been the one reading applications and interviewing staff, and I know exactly what managers look for. I’ve also worked in a secondary school, so I understand what schools and public sector employers expect too. Read more about me →
For employers
Recruiting? Let me take the paperwork off your hands. As a former childcare setting owner, I know how much time recruitment takes when you’re also running the business. I’ll write clear adverts, job descriptions and interview packs, so you attract the right applicants and choose fairly. Prices are starting prices, and I’ll confirm yours before you pay.
