Disclaimer
The information and resources provided by Bright Roots Wellbeing are intended to support your wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your GP, emergency services, or a relevant helpline.
Fees and payment
Prices for our ebooks, resources and services are confirmed at the time of purchase or booking. Payment is due in line with the arrangements agreed. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked call.
Job Application Support
These terms apply to our job application writing services for job seekers and employers.
What each service includes
Each service includes what is described for it on our Job Application Support page. One job is one service. Applying for a different job needs a new booking, even if the jobs are similar.
Turnaround
We aim to send your draft within 3–5 working days of our conversation. Please tell us the job’s closing date when you book. If we can’t meet it, we’ll tell you straight away and give you a full refund.
Your own experience
Every application is based on your own real experience and the information you give us. You check and approve everything before you submit it, and you are responsible for making sure it is accurate.
No guarantee
We can’t guarantee that you will be offered an interview or a job. Those decisions are made by the employer.
Cancellations and refunds
- Full refund if you cancel before our conversation, or if we can’t meet your closing date.
- No refund once your draft has been written, but revisions are included until you’re happy.
- Refunds are issued through Stripe, back to the card you paid with.
Services for employers
Employer services cover job adverts, job descriptions, person specifications, shortlisting sheets and interview materials only. We don’t write employment contracts or give employment law advice; for those, please contact ACAS or an HR adviser.
You must check any templates or materials we provide against your own regulator’s requirements. They don’t guarantee compliance.
Confidentiality
Your privacy matters to us. Information you share is treated confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required by law to disclose it or where there is a risk of harm.
