“Today I Feel” Check-In Poster
A free printable poster with twelve illustrated emotion words — so a child can point to how they feel today, and the conversation starts itself.

How to use it
Three minutes a day is enough to change how feelings get talked about at home.
Print it and put it up
A4 works perfectly. Somewhere at child height — the fridge, the back of a bedroom door, the classroom carpet area.
Ask once a day
Same moment each day, after school or at bedtime. “Which one is you today?” Pointing is easier than explaining.
Follow the feeling
Name it back without fixing it: “You felt worried today.” Being understood is what settles a child, not being talked out of it.
